Seeking insights into our community

The FICA Board of Trustees and the Executive Board  invite members and friends of the Indian community in Northeast Ohio to share their views, perspectives, ideas and opinions about Northeast Ohio and FICA's role in strengthening the Indian community, in order to become a significant partner in this region's life. This community engagement effort is called FICA Listening, and may be facilitated in person with any FICA Trustee and member of the Executive Board, over phone, via email, or in a group.

The goal of this initiative is to assist FICA in becoming more closely attuned to the direction FICA needs to take to become a strong organization representing the Indian community of Northeast Ohio, eradicating the image that we are fragmented, and strengthening the perception that we add value.

We invite you to share your thoughts, ideas, and views and look forward to your posts.  FICA is LISTENING!!! Thank you.
